SWISS ICE HOCKEY - Will the National League B and the first league be transformed into a "Super first league" with 20 to 24 teams? That, at least, is the proposal of Jean-Marie Viaccoz, the president of the Regio League.

MEDICAL REPORT - Good news for HC Lugano: The two defensemen Julien Vauclair and Steve Hirschi have fully recovered from their injuries. Only Clarence Kparghai suffered a minor setback.

SUI - The IIHF suspends Kazakh forward Nikolai Antropov for checking Kevin Romy to the head/neck area in Switzerland's preliminary-round game on May 17. Furthermore, Anthony Rouiller has been cleared of doping charges.

NHL - The former forward of the Kloten Flyers, who was the NLA's best goal scorer last season, definitely returns to North America. The St. Louis Blues have agreed to terms on a one-year, two-way contract with Peter Mueller.

NLA - Lausanne HC has found their second assistant coach in Yves Sarault. He has signed a two-year contract with the Lions and will thus be part of them until the end of the 2015/16 season.
