Defenseman Romano Pargätzi, 34, had been part of EHC Olten since 2008 but did not receive a new contract at the end of the past season. Forward Martin Wüthrich, on the other hand, had played for EHC Olten from 2003 until 2016 and spent the last season with EHC Basel/KLH in the 1st League.
While Pargätzi's and Wüthrich's signing has been announced by the Regio League team, Meister's arrival has not yet officially been confirmed. The 30-year-old defenseman played eleven seasons in the NLB and appeared in 558 NLB games over the course of his career.
