With his former team in the KHL - Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod - not qualifying for the playoffs, Andy Miele joined Lausanne HC in February for the remainder of the season. The 34-year-old is now likely headed elsewhere once more. As Expressen writes, his next team will be HV71, who are back in the SHL after one year in the HockeyAllsvenskan.

HV71 will be Miele's third Swedish team, the US-American spent the 2017-18 season with the Malmö Redhawks and the Växjö Lakers.

During his short stint in Switzerland, Miele made 14 games for Lausanne, recording two goals and eleven assists.
