EVZ's Timo Helbling has been suspended for a total of six games by the League for violating IIHF rule 116 (abuse of officials). Additionally, he has to pay a fine of CHF 5,400.-.

The incident occurred in last Friday's season opener against HC Davos and can be watched below. The 36-year-old defenseman of EV Zug has to sit out five more games, as he was already provisionally suspended for last Saturday's clash with HC Lugano.
