"It was a very intensive time, characterized by many projects and various challenges," Nicola Mona says. "I think that now is a good time for a change, now that we have launched the second season in the Gottardo Arena."

HC Ambrì-Piotta's president Filippo Lombardi is full of praise for the job Mona has done: "Since taking office at the beginning of 2019, Nicola has successfully led HCAP through the difficult time of the pandemic," he says. "at the same time, he has been committed to the construction and commissioning of the new Gottardo Arena."

Nicola will continue to be available to HCAP to ensure the handover to his successor. Michele Orsi will take over ad interim under the operational supervision of vice president Massimo Frigerio.
