HC Lugano's Damien Brunner injured in tonight's game

According to the Tages-Anzeiger, Brunner - just like his opponent Robert Nilsson - left the game in the 32nd minute of play, as he had twisted his knee. The exact nature of the injury is not yet known, though. As Paolo Laurenti (RSI) wrote last night, the 30-year-old forward had to leave the Hallenstadion on crutches.

This term, Brunner has played 34 games for the Bianconeri, putting up 26 points (eight goals, 18 assists).
