The young forward will thus not be able to join the Swiss U20 national team for their preparation camp ahead of the World Juniors in Canada, La Liberté writes. He will miss about a month due to an ankle-injury.

The 2019 IIHF World Juniors will take place from December 26 to January 5 in Vancouver and Victoria, Canada. Head coach Christian Wohlwend has called up 27 players for his preliminary roster.
