According to Pierre Schouwey (La Liberté), Julien Sprunger and Noah Schneeberger are sick and thus might miss Friday's game against HC Lugano. HC Fribourg-Gottéron will also play on Saturday against Genève-Servette HC.
Moreover, as people attending HC Lugano's practice report, Elvis Merzlikins was not on the ice. During Tuesday's game against Frölunda HC, the goalkeeper appeared to have sustained a lower-body injury. However, he was able to finish the game.
As HeShootsHeScoores reports, HCB Ticino Rockets' Silas Matthys was present during practice in order to replace the Latvian, who was working out in the gym. It is not clear though if he will be available for tomorrow's game. Also questionable is Maxim Lapierre, who was back on the ice for the full session after missing for two weeks.
