While it was already clear that Janne Kuokkanen will leave HC Fribourg-Gottéron, now also his new team is known. For the first time in his career, the 24-year-old is going to play in the SHL.
"He is a player at a good age with an impressive track record from both playing in North America as well as Finland and Switzerland," Malmö's team manager Björn Liljander states.
For Gottéron, Janne Kuokkanen has suited up in 43 games, in which he recorded 31 points (ten goals).
