According to Expressen, Lukas Bengtsson will make use of said clause and move to Switzerland next season. Upon request, Växjö's team manager Henrik Evertsson confirmed that Bengtsson has indeed decided to leave at the end of the season.
It looks like Bengtsson will suit up for EV Zug, at least they seem to have a verbal agreement in place. The defenseman is expected to sign his deal with the Bulls shortly. The Swede has appeared in 43 games for the Växjö Lakers this season, recording ten goals and 16 assists.
