National League

As journalist Klaus Zaugg writes on fantiger.ch, the forward has found a new employer after being let go by the SCRJ Lakers.

Off to the Emmental: Kay Schweri.
SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers

At 24, Kay Schweri is ready to play for his fourth club in the National League. After EHC Kloten (2013-14), Genève-Servette HC (2016-18), and the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers (2018-21), it seems that Schweri will suit up for the SCL Tigers as of the upcoming season. The terms of the presumed contract are not known.

In 51 championship games with the Lakers this season, Schweri has collected a career-high 19 points (seven goals). On average, he spent 13 minutes on the ice per game during the regular season, which then became more than 18 minutes in the postseason.
