Antti Törmänen has been diagnosed with cancer.

After surgery, Antti Törmänen will now undergo a six-month therapy and fully concentrate on his recovery, EHC Biel informs. The club also states that there is no connection to Covid-19, which Törmänen contracted in March.
As a consequence, the club will not be able to count on the expertise of their Finnish head coach over the course of this time. The Seelanders are thus looking for a solution for the first months of the 2020-21 season.
