Vicky Mantegazza: "We never spoke with Arno Del Curto"

Last week, Luca Sciarini (Teleticino) reported during Fuorigioco that Del Curto was expected to be in Lugano, presumably to talk with a member of the club. However, Mantegazza denied today that they had any contact with Del Curto, adding that he was not the right man for Lugano at this time.

They also intend to extend Ireland's contract but they have put aside his renewal for now "in order to focus on our next commitments". Meaning that they want to get to a better place in the standings first before they continue their talks.
