Waeber is a product of HCFG’s organization and played on loan in the Swiss League from 2015 to 2017 in order to get in some game action. The 21-year-old goaltender has been integrated into the first team this season and has appeared in nine games for the Dragons, posting a .887 save percentage. He has agreed to a new two-year deal.

As anticipated by La Regione, Lhotak has signed a two-year contract with the Dragons, valid until the end of the 2019-2020 season. Lhotak will thus leave HC Ambrì-Piotta after this season. He has been part of their organization since 2011.
