Despite a crucial win in yesterday's game against Genève-Servette HC (8-4), Ratushny has to empty his locker today. After a disappointing start, Lausanne HC currently ranks 8th in the National League.

Ratushny joined Lausanne at the beginning of last season and led the Lions into the playoffs. The team, however, did not manage to survive the quarterfinals; they lost to HC Davos in four straight games.

In the meantime, Yves Saurault will coach the team and stay behind the bench on Friday against HC Ambrì-Piotta. Sarault has been Lausanne HC's Elite Junior coach for the past four years. He will be assisted by Rikard Franzen.
