The Latvian national team will have four National League players on the roster for their 2022 Olympic campaign. In net, one of three tenders is the SCL Tigers' Ivars Punnenovs. Kaspars Daugavins (SC Bern), Ronalds Kenins (Lausanne HC) as well as Deniss Smirnovs (Genève-Servette HC) will be part of the forward group.
On defense, Nauris Sejejs (HC La Chaux-de-Fonds) had a spot on the extended roster announced a week ago but did not make the final cut.
