The coaching staff, led by head coach Colin Muller, has nominated a mix of young and experienced players for the World Championship, which will take place from April 3 to 14, 2024 in Utica (New York, USA). Ten players on the roster have already played more than 80 international matches but overall the roster has an average age of about 22.

Together with the USA, Canada, Czechia, and Finland, the Swiss have been assigned to Group A, which contains the top five teams from last year's World Championship. All the nations in Group A and the top three teams in Group B will advance to the knockout phase.

Ahead of the start of the tournament, the Swiss girls will play two test games against Sweden (March 30) and Germany (April 1).
