The HCAP Girls started off strong, bringing a 4-1 lead into the last period, but Neuchâtel managed to get back into the game. They tied the game up in the 58th minute of play, thus ensuring that the game would go to overtime. It was, however, to no avail: In the 76th minute of play Romy Eggimann scored the game-winning goal for HCAP.

While two teams were battling for the bronze medal spot in the Women's League, the SC Langenthal Damen and the HC Ladies Lugano fought to not end in the last spot of the Ranking Round. Langenthal secured their victory and will also play in the Women's League next season. The HC Ladies Lugano, on the other hand, will have to win against EV Zug, the SWHL-B champion, to not be relegated to the SWHL-B.
