With the Swiss men's national team being part of the Euro Hockey Tour for the coming two years, Switzerland gets to host this year's edition in December. As the location, the BCF Arena in Fribourg has been chosen, partially due to being one of the two stadiums where the 2026 World Championship will be played.
In February, the Beijer Hockey Game - also part of the Euro Hockey Tour - will take place. The first game of said tournament, the "Breakout Game", is scheduled to be played in the new Swiss Life Arena in Zurich, the other location for the 2026 Worlds.
The dates for the Euro Hockey Tour in Fribourg are December 15, 17, and 18. The Swiss men will face Sweden on the first day, Czechia on the second, and Finland on the third.
