Craig MacTavish to coach Team Canada at the Spengler Cup

Craig MacTavish took over as head coach of Lokomotiv Yaroslavl this summer. Just eight games into the regular season, however, the club from the Kontinental decided to fire him again.

Prior to his short stint in Russia, MacTavish spent around twenty years in the organization of the Edmonton Oilers, working as assistant coach, head coach, general manager, and most recently senior Vice President of hockey operations.
