Blick reported yesterday that Yves Sarault would coach HC Sierre as of the 2022-23 season. However, team manager Christophe Fellay tells Le Nouvelliste that they have not yet taken a decision regarding the matter, but that he would like to announce their new coach at the beginning of next year.
"It's true that he has applied and that he is one of the candidates we are interested in. He is even at the top of the pile," Fellay states. "But we don't want to rush into anything either. [...] I have received a lot of CVs, given that many coaches are on the market."
