Eliminated from the Swiss League playoffs after being swept by HC La Chaux-de-Fonds, EHC Visp's Matteo Ritz, and Jorden Gähler will play with HC Davos for the remainder of the season. They will join their new team on Friday.
Ritz, 25, defended the cage of EHC Visp four times this season, posting a save percentage of .806. For his part, 31-year-old defender Gähler collected 25 points in 54 games with the Valaisans.
