The forward will be practicing with the team for the upcoming two weeks, 24 heures reports.

After Lausanne HC have announced that they loan Mark Barberio to Ak Bars Kazan (KHL), they are apparently testing the market for a new import player. As 24 heures reports, forward Francis Paré will get a tryout opportunity for the upcoming two weeks.

The 34-year-old has been playing in the KHL in previous years, most recently for Avangard Omsk (16 games, two goals, two assists this season). He did, however, not play since the beginning of November when he terminated his contract with Omsk, 24 heures writes.

Paré, who has also been playing for the Belarussian national team, has already had a brief stint in Switzerland. During the 2016-17 season, he played ten games for Genève-Servette HC, scoring six goals and collecting six assists.
