As RSI reports, the two clubs from Ticino can count on a few comebacks ahead of their weekend.

Tim Heed

HC Ambrì-Piotta welcomes back Tim Heed, Inti Pestoni, and Alex Formenton. Heed has recovered from the injury sustained during the Spengler Cup, while Pestoni and Formenton are not ill anymore. HC Ambrì-Piotta will face HC Fribourg-Gottéron tomorrow and EHC Kloten on Sunday.

As for HC Lugano, the Bianconeri see the return of goaltender Niklas Schlegel, who missed Lugano's last game on Sunday due to illness. Still sidelined is Calle Andersson, who is considered day-to-day. The comeback of Schlegel opens up the possibility for Mario Kempe to debut with his new club, the same source reports. Lugano will host EHC Biel tomorrow and travel to Rapperswil on Saturday.
