Simon Sterchi injured his shoulder due to a hit by EHC Visp's Cyrill Oehen. He thus underwent an MRI yesterday in order to determine the exact nature of his injury and the length of his absence.
Sterchi has recorded one assists in two games for EHC Olten this season. Tonight he will be replaced by Dominic Weder, who is back in the lineup after having served his suspension.
