According to the Tribune de Genève, Noah Rod underwent surgery last Thursday to remove the metal bars from his hand.

Rod fractured his hand at the beginning of December and required surgery. With the bars removed last week, he is now back to skating and should soon be able to practice with a stick again.

It is not yet clear when he will make his comeback, but it is likely that, of course, given that the medical staff allows it, he will play in some of Genève-Servette HC's games ahead of the Olympic break.
