Although Linus Omark is still under contract with Genève-Servette HC for the next season, it seems to be an option for him to return to the SHL's Luleå HF after twelve seasons abroad. As NSD reports, the 34-year-old is in talks with the club, for which he played until 2009 before he left in direction of the KHL.

Omark apparently already thought about returning to Luleå HF in February, but decided to stay in Geneva at least for the remainder of the season. Back then he told NSD: "But you never know. We will see how things develop during the summer".

This past season, Linus Omark was the National League's second best scorer with 61 points (22 goals) in 49 regular season games and ten more points (one goal) in ten playoff games with GSHC.
