SC Bern looking for their fifth import player

On Monday, Värmlands Folkblad reported that Michael Lindqvist is close to a deal with SC Bern. He has one year left on his contract with Färjestad BK but is in possession of an out clause.
While Lindqvist denied the rumor to the same newspaper, Alex Chatelain revealed that he is among the players they are interested in. The Swede recorded 13 goals and twelve assists in 26 games, before undergoing surgery for a ligament injury at the beginning of the year. He is out for the remainder of the season.
