Rumor

As the Thurgauer Zeitung reports, Hockey Thurgau is close to signing current EHC Olten netminder Kevin Huber for the upcoming season. The signing of the contract seems to be only a mere formality.

Although he played the last two playoff games with EHC Olten against HC Ajoie, the 22-year-old Kevin Huber had only been Olten's backup behind Matthias Mischler this season. That's why he was looking for a new club, where he might receive more ice time.

Now, he seems to have found this club in Hockey Thurgau. In the case of him signing with HCT, he would be part of the goalie duo with 21-year-old Sascha Rochow. The two will replace Dominic Nyffeler and Nicola Aeberhard whose contracts won't be extended. (tme)
