Lorenz Kienzle started playing hockey in the organization of the ZSC Lions but joined HC Lugano in 2010 and gained most of his National League A experience in the Ticino. The 25-year old has appeared in 173 games with the Bianconeri, scoring a total of 22 points. In the current season, the defenseman has a pair of assists in 21 games.
