"Everything's possible. I can well imagine to stay," the 23-year-old forward says in an interview with 20 Minuten. "However, I wouldn't have a problem to play for another team," he adds. "Of course, Ambrì-Piotta is the club of my heart. The first month or two with another team wouldn't be easy. But that's the hockey business."
He also affirms to 20 Minuten that his family won't be upset with him, if he chose to leave Ambrì and play for another team: "Only if I played for Lugano," he adds. Pestoni is part of HCAP's NLA-squad since 2009. This season, he has played only 13 games so far and scored nine points (two goals, seven assists).
