Picard was provisionally suspended for one game following his check to the head of ZSC Lions' forward Dan Fritsche (left the ice with broken nose) in last Thursday's game four of the playoff semi-finals.
Update April 7 18:33 pm: As the SIHF announces in their media release, Alexandre Picard has to pay a fine of CHF 800 in addition to his two-game suspension.
