For the past five seasons the 26-year-old has suited up for the Ravensburg Towerstars in Germany's second-highest league. Last season, the former player of Hockey Thurgau (2009-2011) was Ravensburg's second-best scorer with 71 points (19 goals, 52 assists) in 63 games. In 2011, he also played eleven games for the Schwenninger Wild Wings in the DEL (no points).
