MySports League-bound again: Sami El Assaoui
HC Thurgau
El Assaoui was under contract with HC Thurgau from December 2017 until the end of last season. He did not receive a new contract with them, presumably due to financial reasons, as the St. Galler Tagblatt reported in May. Now, HCV Martigny has announced the signing of the 28-year-old. Three years ago, the defenseman already played one season for current Martigny's predecessor, Martigny Red Ice.
