IIHF Women's World Championship

Head coach Colin Muller has selected the 23 players that will travel to Canada for the World Championship from April 3 to 16.

The women's Swiss national team will travel to Canada on March 25 to prepare for the tournament in a pre-competition camp in Barrie. "We want to show a strong performance and play for the medals," Muller explains, "for this reason, we need the best possible preparation to grow together as a team." In Brampton, Switzerland will play in Group A with Canada, Czechia, Japan, and the USA.

Among the selected players, Cindy Joray will participate in a World Championship for the first time. The 29-year-old forward plays for EV BOMO Thun. Moreover, after a one-year break from the national team, Sarah Forster is also back on the team.
