Head coach Colin Muller has announced his roster for the upcoming tournament.

In Group A in Halifax: Swiss national team

For the upcoming Women's World Championship in Halifax and Truro, Colin Muller has called up 25 players from various clubs and leagues. The coming two weeks, they will be preparing for the tournament in Cham before flying to Canada. On May 6, they will have their first game against the defending champion, the USA.

Seven of the 25 players will play their first World Championship. Those are goaltender Vanessa Bolinger, defenders Janine Hauser and Nadine Hofstetter as well as forwards Alina Marti, Lena-Marie Lutz and Laura Zimmermann.

Goalies (3): Andrea Brändli (Ohio State University/USA), Vanessa Bolinger (Club da Hockey Engiadina), Saskia Maurer (HC Dragon Thun/EV Bomo Thun).

Defenders (9): Nicole Bullo (HC Ladies Lugano), Lara Christen (GCK/ZSC Lions), Janine Hauser (GCK/ZSC Lions), Nadine Hofstetter (SC Reinach), Shannon Sigrist (Linköping HC/SWE), Sarah Forster (Leksands IF/SWE), Sinja Leemann (SCRJ Lakers/Thurgau Indien Ladies), Nicole Vallario, Stefanie Wetli (Thurgau Indien Ladies).
