World Championship postponed

The World Championship is now set to take place from May 6 to May 16. All participating teams will also have to go through a thorough quarantine and COVID-19 testing process prior to travel to Canada in order not to endanger the epidemiological situation in Nova Scotia.
However, the final approvals for Nova Scotia to host the Championship have not been received by Federal or Provincial Health Authorities, nor has any exemptions to the federal quarantine act been approved.
All involved parties are thus currently working with government officials to develop and build a medical plan that will ensure the safety of "all Canadians and the participating players, coaches, and staff".
