"I really like the club's way of thinking and their attitude as the club wants to take the women's team to the next level and be able to compete with the best teams," Ryhner states. "I really felt that Leksand wanted me on the team, and it feels good to be able to help the club achieve its goals."

Noemi Ryhner played for Luleå Hockey this past season and was in possession of an option in her contract. However, the SDHL team decided not to activate it - to the surprise of Ryhner. "I was shocked," the forward told NSD at the time.

The national team forward appeared in 14 regular-season games for Luleå last season, recording four goals and eight assists.
