"I'm looking forward to this new challenge in Zurich. I chose the Lions because I know a lot of players and I go to school in Zurich," Müller explains. Up until now, the 19-year-old had mainly played for boys' teams. This past term, Müller appeared in 31 games for EHC Kloten's Elite Novizen and registered 13 goals and seven assists.

In addition, the Swiss-Canadian defender Jessica Vallotton will play her first season in the SWHL. The 22-year-old played four seasons of college hockey for the University of Maine and is now looking forward to her first season abroad: "I am looking to grow as a hockey player and I am excited to be part of such a hard-working and winning program. I also hope to connect with my Swiss origin.”
