Richard Pánik and Martin Gernát have no future with Lausanne HC. Their career path might make them teammates again, this time in Czechia. According to Elite Prospects' insider information, they are rumored to join the Extraliga's HC Oceláři Třinec.
It would be a return to an old club for both of them. Gernát was with Třinec from 2018 until 2021, before joining Lausanne. Pánik spent his latter junior years there and made his first steps in men's hockey with them, prior to heading to North America.
