There is still a question mark behind Diego Kostner.
With goaltender Davide Fadani and forward Giovanni Morini (both HC Lugano) as well as forward Diego Kostner (HC Ambrì-Piotta), three players of the National League are part of Greg Ireland's 36-men roster, which is eventually going to be reduced to 28.
If Diego Kostner will actually show up, however, seems not yet sure. As SportNews.bz reported a week ago, the 28-year-old has apparently told Greg Ireland that he will not be available as he is still dealing with the repercussions of an injury.
Also part of Italy's preparation roster is Sebastiano Soracreppa. The 21-year-old is currently playing for HC Thurgau in the Swiss League.
