For their game against HC Thurgau last Saturday, Le Nouvelliste made a list of the current absences from HC Sierre's lineup.
On the backend, Eliott Meyrat is out until at least the end of January. The 25-year-old is still out due to the deep cut he sustained in December. Mike Wyniger will undergo medical exams in about ten days to possibly determine the length of his absence. Goran Bezina is sidelined for about another month with a torn MCL.
On offense, Gil Ducret is dealing with a hurting knee, which does not allow any timeline for a return, and Bryan Abreu de Nobrega is being kept out of the lineup by a case of Bronchitis.
