HCT's Kellen Jones out with an upper-body injury

As the Thurgauer Zeitung reveals, Kellen Jones will undergo an MRI-scan in the next days. In the worst-case scenario, HC Thurgau could have to make do without his top-scorer for six weeks. In that case, the club would engage a third import-player as a temporary replacement for Jones, president Hansjörg Stahel tells the newspaper.

Kellen Jones arrived at the beginning of the season in Thurgau together with his twin brother Connor. In 31 games, the 29-year-old scored ten goals and collected 14 assists.
