As the SCL Tigers inform, the appendectomy went well and Stefan Rüegsegger was released from the hospital and returned home. A return to the ice, however, is not possible. The time of recovery is estimated to be up to four weeks.

In 26 games for the Tigers this season, Stefan Rüegsegger has contributed one assist. The youngster has been on the ice for 7:01 minutes per game on average.
