Bad news for the Mice: their most prolific scorer, Evgenï Chiriaev, will be unavailable for quite some time, as Marcel Kuchta (Aargauer Zeitung) writes on Twitter. The 29-years-old scored 30 goals and put up 24 assists in 43 games this season. His total of 54 points was good for the sixth place in the scorers' standing of the Swiss League.
