According to the Bieler Tagblatt, Earl already missed yesterday's practice and had to see a doctor instead. It is not yet clear for how long the 36-year-old is going to be sidelined. Forward Michael Hügli is set to take Earl's place in the line with Dominik Diem and Damien Brunner.
Moreover, also Julian Schmutz missed yesterday's practice. He will, however, be able to take his place in the lineup tonight. Jason Fuchs, on the other hand, will make his comeback not before the weekend.
