“I feel good, I’ll still talk to the trainers and do treatment after practice. But I felt pretty good out there,” Hischier said after practice. The 19-year-old center is thus likely to make his comeback on Wednesday night when the Devils will host the Canadiens (puck-drop on 1 AM, CET).

Hischier missed the past four games due to a left wrist injury sustained in the game against the Jets on November 11. This season so far, the New Jersey Devils' 2017 number one draft pick has played in 15 games, recording three goals and nine assists.
