The Alps Hockey League-team EHC Lustenau has announced the signing of their former junior player, forward Timo Demuth, who was part of HC Lugano for the last four years.

Having left Austria and Lustenau to play for junior teams in Switzerland in 2014, the 21-year-old joined Lugano's organization in 2015. During the 2017-18 season, he made his debut for the Bianconeri's partner team, the HCB Ticino Rockets, and mostly suited up for them the following year. In total, Demuth made 38 games in the Swiss League, recording one goal and one assist.
