Jacob Josefson stays in the SHL

HockeyNews.se reported a week ago that there was interest in the forward from Switzerland. As they now reveal, HC Lugano issued an offer to Jacob Josefson, but he decided to honor his contract with Djurgårdens IF.
His contract with the SHL club is valid until the end of the 2021-22 season. In 30 games this past season, he recorded five goals and eleven assists.
