Philipp Kurashev named the Remparts' player of the year

The award will be handed to Kurashev before tonight's game. The winner of the honour is determined by the number of times the players have been named one of the three stars of the game but also their overall performance during the season. Each time someone is named 1st, 2nd or 3rd star, the player accumulates five points.

Kurashev recently signed an entry-level deal with the Chicago Blackhawks. In 58 games for the Remparts this season, he has recorded 28 goals and 34 assists.
